Suspended or Closed Account Policy

Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach of these Terms will be handled at 4060's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
As a user of the 4060 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. You are prohibited from:
- Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems;
- Colluding with other users to defraud the platform or gain an unfair advantage;

4. Payment and Transaction Information
